Richard Zacharias qualified as a Solicitor in 2003 and since then has predominantly specialised in Family Law. Richard has a wealth of experience in all areas of family law including divorce and separation, financial issues and domestic abuse. He spends a lot of his time resolving legal issues concerning children and regularly attends court hearings as an advocate.
Richard is accredited with the Law Society as a specialist in Child Law. Since 2017 Richard has acted for the NYAS Guardian representing the interest of children in complex cases involving high parental conflict. Since 2021 he has predominantly acted for the CAFCASS Guardian representing the interests of children in both public and private family law matters.
In his spare time, Richard enjoys spending time with his family and keeping fit.
